Alhamdulillah Sesuatu..

Seperti judul di atas hari ini memang aku merasa bersyukur banget dan Alhamdulillah sesuatu banget yah... :) apakah itu...? karena hari ini adalah hari bersejarah untuk istri ku tercinta. 28 tahun yang lalu telah terlahir seorang bayi mungil yang cantik dan lucu yang dipersiapkan oleh Tuhan untuk mendampingi hidup seorang laki-laki yang kini terikat dengan ikatan suci dengannya.

Yup, istri ku tercintah berulang tahun di hari ini dan secara tidak sengaja di hari ini pula aku mempersiapkan diri dan rumah untuk kedatangan teman-teman SMA ku dalam rangka halal bihalal dan sekaligus reunian SMA. Dan secara tidak langsung memang ini menjadi syukuran untuk istriku tidak hanya karena hari ini hari special baginya tapi juga sekaligus rasa syukur kami berdua atas anugrah Allah SWT yang telah menitipkan amanahnya dalam rahim istriku.

Oleh karenanya kami berdua berucap Alhamdulillah untuk semua berkah dan karunia yang telah Allah SWT limpahkan kepada kami dan semoga kami tetap mampu menjalankan apa yang diperintahkan Nya dan menjauhi apa yang dilarang Nya.

Sekali lagi aku berucap Alhamdulillah sesuatu banget hari ini and Happy birthday My Lovely Wife Ika Nurlaila. :*

Tips and Diet Strategies

When your body weight has been felt excessive then it is time you should lose your weight. Because if the weight exceeds the normal limits then there will be a lot of potential diseases that could be descend. But not everyone can do a good/success diet of course with many of reasons behind. Therefore, for people who want to diet successfully should have strategies and tricks to do successful diet program, such as:

1. Has a strong commitment
To lose weight takes time, effort and commitment of a lifetime. To make sure that you are ready to make some permanent changes and manage them well.

2. Find motivation from yourself
In order for a diet that could be successful it must be done to please yourself. Therefore find strong motivation from within that drives you to keep running the program.

3. Make realistic goals
Make a realistic goal in losing weight is about 0.5 to 1 kg a week. If targets are too high and could not be accomplished it can be demoralized which could fail your diet program.

4. Enjoy healthy food that is consumed
One way to reduce calorie intake is by eating more vegi foods. Try not to release the flavor of the food so it does not decrease your appetite and still can enjoy the healthy food that is consumed.

5. Stay active in sports
One key to lose the weight is to burn calories to reduce fat accumulation in the body. For that purposes, find your favorite sport and try to make variations to not get bored. Besides losing weight, exercise is also beneficial to health.

Unknow sender

Have you got an email from an unknown sender ..? Where did we would find it strange that people get our email address. I sometime feel irritated, annoyed and distracted by emails like this especially when the contents of the email contains things that we do not know but provoke our curiosity to find out. For security you should just ignore the email and do not ever try to open email attachments if there are attachments because we never know if the attachment is safe from the virus or not. But the tendency is definitely an email virus. So beware if you receive emails from people who are unknown or contains things that are unusual.

And make sure your computer has anti virus and always update it to prevent things happening that are not desirable, especially when contaminated by the virus.

Smoking will KILL you...

Cigarettes contain over 4,000 chemicals including 51 known carcinogens (cancer-causing). When smoked, the free radicals formed in the body and damage DNA molecules that cause skin pale, dull, looked older and a lot of lines. Besides long-term effects of smoking can cause various diseases such as cancer, impotence and heart attack.

Stop smoking and start to have healthy lifestyle.

Corruptor go to HELL

If I've heard the news about corruptor it really makes me feel irritated especially if the perpetrators of corrupt is the state officials. I'm not so sure if they were not well aware when the money in the corruption of the projects it undertakes is stealing from public money. I also don't understand how right he had taken the oath of office, I think they all already forgotten their oath. And possibly also the contents of his oath was less scary. So when they was already served the oath was not mean anything.

If it was the story then the contents of the oath of office should be made more eerie than that, so if the official candidates who want to pursue the power position will be think a thousand times before finally deciding want to be state officials. For example, in addition to the oath in the name of God to perform tasks as well as possible and not to abuse his power, but if he violated his oath then in his family would receive a curse from God or 'adzab' in this world and the hereafter. is it possible if the oath like that ...? if possible I'm sure at least the corruption could be reduced although the corruption is still there but less.

When it viewed from the present the eradication of corruption trend is more to arrest rather than prevention. And I dreamed that my country in the future would become a country that free from corruption and the government could do the justice and welfare of its people. aminnn .....
